Unit 324 was completely renovated Summer 2009!  Below are some photos of Unit 324, which is virtually identical to Unit 326.  Notice the top quality appointments and furnishings.  We wanted you to feel like you were in your own home.  Come and stay ... you'll love our condos!

NEW IN 2014-15 --

39" HDTV (1080P) AND NEW FURNITURE IN LIVING ROOM (SLEEPER SOFA & CHAIR-AND-A-HALF)

When renovating the units, we elected to use the penninsula bar and built in TV cabinet.  This gives our guests much more floor space in the living room area.

Units 324 and 326 have brand new kitchens (solid hickory cabinets) with built in TV cabinet and penninsula bar to save floor space in the living room.  Unit 326 has stainless steel appliances, as shown.  Xenon under cabinet lighting for task work and an overhead light with dimmer.

Unit 324 is a slopeside one bedroom unit with a queen size bed, flat screen TV in the bedroom; granite countertop in bathroom, queen size sleepersofa in the living room overlook the high speed quad Ballhooter chair lift.  This unit is just four doors down the hall from Unit 316 (our two-bedroom slopeside unit).  This is a perfect location for friends and families that are travelling together and want to be near one another in Mountain Lodge.  AND, Unit 324 has a connecting interior door to Unit 326 which is an identical newly renovated one-bedroom slopeside unit (also undergoing complete renovation Summer 2009)!

If you are traveling with friends and family and want to rent two adjoining condos (with an interior connecting door, with lockout functionality), then our condos are just right for your needs!  Just indicate in your reservation request that you want to rent both units (or that your travelling companions want to rent the adjacent condo).

The full bathroom in Units 324 and 326 have brushed nickel fixtures (like the kitchen) and solid granite countertop vanity.

Each one bedroom unit (324 and 326) has generous closet space for your gear.  Here are the two double door closets and bedroom door.  All are solid oak 6 panel doors with brushed nickel levers.  Furniture to be delivered by early October.

Both Units 324 and 326 have a solid oak recessed ski rack (holding 5 pairs of skis).  Each entry hallway has floor to ceiling oak paneling with oak wainscoting in the bedroom and living room area.  Compare other Units and you'll see the difference!

All three of our units are located very close together.  Unit 316 and 324 have only 3 other condos in between them.  Units 324 and 326 are adjacent to each other.

Units 324 and 326 have a connecting door between them.  The door can be locked with a deadbolt.  But, if you are traveling with friends or family, leave the connecting doors open.  This photo shows Unit 326.   Keep the door open if you have family & friends in the next-door unit.  Note the floor to ceiling oak paneling for that comfy touch!
